eclipse-pde software package provides Eclipse Plug-in Development Environment (PDE), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eclipse-pde
eclipse-pde is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eclipse-pde package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eclipse-pde *
You will get with eclipse-pde package name, version, architecture and description in a table
